Welcome to the Dental Marketing 101 at DentalMarketingClass.com.
This course is designed for dentists who are looking to use online marketing to bring more patients to their practice. This course covers what tactics and websites will help bring you patients – and what will be a waste of your time.
I’m your instructor Frank Salvatore and I’ve been doing Internet Marketing to bring new clients to local businesses – including dentists – for over 9 years now.
My focus has always been on achieving measurable results for my clients, and the strategies I’m going to show you in this course provide a good overview of where, as a dentist, you should be focusing your time and energy marketing your practice online.
At the end of this course, you’ll be armed with the information needed to take the next steps. If you plan on spearheading the marketing efforts by yourself, this course will point you in the right direction. If you plan on hiring outside marketing help, This course will provide you with the necessary tools to ask the right questions of dental marketing companies.
The course itself is divided into multiple lessons – and within each lesson are multiple lecture topics.
You can use the navigation menu on the left hand side to move between lessons and lecture topics.
A lecture topic is on its own page of the course. Each lecture contains a video walkthrough.
The videos are similar to the one you’re watching now – and they also contain screenshots and walkthroughs of websites that you can use to promote your practice. I actually walk you through how Google, Bing, Facebook, Yelp and other websites can potentially be used to get more new patients for your practice.
Lecture topics also contain text below the video summarizing the lecture. Below the lecture text, there is also a section called resources. The resources section provides links for further research about the topics that were covered in the lecture.
You can also leave comments or replies at the bottom of lectures. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
When you’re done watching a lecture, you can click on the mark complete button. This will help you to track your progress through the course.
You can always contact me directly by clicking on the contact link in the menu bar. I’m pretty quick to reply to contact requests.
My goal for the course is to keep it continually updated as new information becomes available. So lecture topics in the course will be frequently replaced and updated as the marketing landscape changes.
Making Your Way Through the Course
While you can take the course in order – you don’t have to. You can certainly skip around if you want to.
For example, if someone misinforms you and tells you that you need to be on Instagram to get more new patients, go ahead and skip to the Instagram lecture topic and find out why they’re wrong.
Let’s get started.
